mmm, and the mayo and cheese create this gooey niceness, which is so "slurp.. more please!" and the soft roll, and tender thin strips of beef... and the bitey peppers, and the caramelised onions. MmmmMmmm.
You know who what my first exposure to cheese steaks came from? The Cosby Show! And finally 20 odd years later I got to try one. Lets hope its not another 20 years till my next.
