On the record, I hate sappy romantic comedy type drivel.

Off the record? Love Actually didn't suck nearly as much as I expected. I just watched it for the first time on the cables, and I am ashamed to admit I might have even shed a tear or two. (But Timeline, which I also watched on the cables, sucked just as much as I expected. And then some.) That is all.

Yeah, Love Actually is a great movie!!! It's one of my favorite sappies. And, Timeline? How could you NOT love Paul Walker's performance in that movie. :)

It was the Emma Thompson/Joni Mitchell moment when you shed those two tears, wasn't it? Gets me every time, too. But then again, I'm an easy weep.

And just as Bridget Jones 2 was worth the fight scene, Love Actually was worth Hugh Grant dancing to the Pointer Sisters, no?

I love that movie. My boyfriend appreciates Collin's outlook on life (the guy that flies to Milwaukee).

It just goes to show that girl can have "huge" thighs and still get the guy.

I love Love Actually! It's probably my favourite "romantic" movie. I love all the plotlines and love how they were woven together. And Colin Firth trying to speak Portugese is funny.

Oh, and I live in Wisconsin and know of no girls like that nor any bars where one is likely to meet them.
